Introduction: Acne detection is critical in dermatology, focusing on quality control of acne imagery, precise segmentation, and grading. Traditional research has been limited, typically concentrating on singular aspects of acne detection. Methods: We propose a multi-task acne detection method, employing a CenterNet-based training paradigm to develop an advanced detection system. This system collects acne images via smartphones and features multi-task capabilities for detecting image quality and identifying various acne types. It differentiates between noninflammatory acne, papules, pustules, nodules, and provides detailed delineation for cysts and post-acne scars. Results: The implementation of this multi-task learning-based framework in clinical diagnostics demonstrated an 83% accuracy in lesion categorization, surpassing ResNet18 models by 12%. Furthermore, it achieved a 76% precision in lesion stratification, outperforming dermatologists by 16%. Discussion: Our framework represents a advancement in acne detection, offering a comprehensive tool for classification, localization, counting, and precise segmentation. It not only enhances the accuracy of remote acne lesion identification by doctors but also clarifies grading logic and criteria, facilitating easier grading judgments.

BACKGROUND: Peptides have been studied in Caenorhabditis elegans for anti-aging research recently. Due to the lack of sufficient evidence, we conducted this meta-analysis focusing on the anti-aging effect of peptides in C. elegans to provide more convincing evidence. RESULTS: A literature search in PubMed, SCOUPUS, and Web of Science databases yielded 2879 articles. After removing duplicates and based on inclusion criteria and STAIR checklist quality assessment, 9 articles were selected. Data extraction and analysis showed that, compared to the control group without peptide intervention, peptide supplementation significantly reduced nematode mortality risk (HR= 0.54, 95% CI = 0.47, 0.62; p < 0.05), significantly increased the pharyngeal pumping rate (SMD = 1.64, 95% CI = 0.87, 2.41; p < 0.05), bending frequency (SMD = 1.67, 95% CI =1.16, 2.18; p < 0.05), and significantly decreased the accumulation of lipofuscin levels within nematodes (SMD = -4.48, 95% CI = -6.85, -2.12; p < 0.05). Additionally, subgroup analysis showed that doses ranging from 0.1-1 kg m3 ^-1 (HR= 0.50, 95% CI = 0.38, 0.65; p < 0.05) displayed better anti-aging effects compared to other dose ranges. CONCLUSION: The findings suggest that peptides can significantly extend the lifespan of C. elegans under normal circumstances and improve three indicators of healthylife. More importantly, subgroup analysis revealed that a dosage of 0.1-1 kg m3 ^-1 demonstrated superior anti-aging effects. This meta-analysis provides more convincing evidence that peptides can play an anti-aging role in C. elegans. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton is an annual herb plant of the Perilla genus in the Labiatae family, which is commonly utilized as an edible and medicinal resource. Polysaccharides are among the major components and essential bioactive compounds of P. frutescens, which exhibit a multitude of biological activities, including antioxidant, antitumor, anti-fatigue, immunoregulation, hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, and lipid-lowering effects. As a natural carbohydrate, P. frutescens polysaccharide has the potential to be utilized in the development of drugs and functional materials. In this paper, we provide an overview of progress made on the extraction, purification, structural characterization, and bioactivity of polysaccharides from different parts of P. frutescens. The challenges and opportunities for research are discussed, along with the potential development prospects and future areas of focus in the study of P. frutescens polysaccharides.

Herpesviruses, prevalent DNA viruses with a double-stranded structure, establish enduring infections and play a part in various diseases. Despite their deployment of multiple tactics to evade the immune system, both localized and systemic inflammatory responses are triggered by the innate immune system's recognition of them. Recent progress has offered more profound understandings of the mechanisms behind the activation of the innate immune system by herpesviruses, specifically through inflammatory signaling. This process encompasses the initiation of an intracellular nucleoprotein complex, the inflammasome associated with inflammation.Following activation, proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-1ß and IL-18 are released by the inflammasome, concurrently instigating a programmed pathway for cell death. Despite the structural resemblances between herpesviruses, the distinctive methods of inflammatory activation and the ensuing outcomes in diseases linked to the virus exhibit variations.The objective of this review is to emphasize both the similarities and differences in the mechanisms of inflammatory activation among herpesviruses, elucidating their significance in diseases resulting from these viral infections.Additionally, it identifies areas requiring further research to comprehensively grasp the impact of this crucial innate immune signaling pathway on the pathogenesis of these prevalent viruses.

Background: Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) is a globally prevalent and recurrent pathogen that primarily causes slow growth and immunosuppression in pigs. Porcine circovirus type 3 (PCV3), a recently discovered virus, commonly leads to reproductive disorders in pigs and has been extensively disseminated worldwide. Infection with a single PCV subtype alone does not induce severe porcine circovirus-associated diseases (PCVD), whereas concurrent co-infection with PCV2 and PCV3 exacerbates the clinical manifestations. Pseudorabies (PR), a highly contagious disease in pigs, pose a significant threat to the swine industry in China. Methods: In this study, recombinant strains named rPRV-2Cap/3Cap and rPRV-2Cap/3Cap/IL4 was constructed by using a variant strain XJ of pseudorabies virus (PRV) as the parental strain, with the TK/gE/gI genes deleted and simultaneous expression of PCV2 Cap, PCV3 Cap, and IL-4. The two recombinant strains obtained by CRISPR/Cas gE gene editing technology and homologous recombination technology has genetic stability in baby hamster Syrian kidney-21 (BHK-21) cells and is safe to mice. Results: rPRV-2Cap/3Cap and rPRV-2Cap/3Cap/IL4 exhibited good safety and immunogenicity in mice, inducing high levels of antibodies, demonstrated 100% protection against the PRV challenge in mice, reduced viral loads and mitigated pathological changes in the heart, lungs, spleen, and lymph nodes during PCV2 challenge. Moreover, the recombinant viruses with the addition of IL-4 as a molecular adjuvant outperformed the non-addition group in most indicators. Conclusion: rPRV-2Cap/3Cap and rPRV-2Cap/3Cap/IL4 hold promise as recombinant vaccines for the simultaneous prevention of PCV2, PCV3, and PRV, while IL-4, as a vaccine molecular adjuvant, effectively enhances the immune response of the vaccine.

Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs), as immune effectors synthesized by a variety of organisms, not only constitute a robust defense mechanism against a broad spectrum of pathogens in the host but also show promising applications as effective antimicrobial agents. Notably, insects are significant reservoirs of natural AMPs. However, the complex array of variations in types, quantities, antimicrobial activities, and production pathways of AMPs, as well as evolution of AMPs across insect species, presents a significant challenge for immunity system understanding and AMP applications. This review covers insect AMP discoveries, classification, common properties, and mechanisms of action. Additionally, the types, quantities, and activities of immune-related AMPs in each model insect are also summarized. We conducted the first comprehensive investigation into the diversity, distribution, and evolution of 20 types of AMPs in model insects, employing phylogenetic analysis to describe their evolutionary relationships and shed light on conserved and distinctive AMP families. Furthermore, we summarize the regulatory pathways of AMP production through classical signaling pathways and additional pathways associated with Nitric Oxide, insulin-like signaling, and hormones. This review advances our understanding of AMPs as guardians in insect immunity systems and unlocks a gateway to insect AMP resources, facilitating the use of AMPs to address food safety concerns.

This study evaluated the foaming properties, the dynamic adsorption behavior at the air/water (A/W) interface and the foam rheological characteristics of complexes formed by soy protein isolate (SPI) and different charged polysaccharides, including chitosan (CS), guar gum (GUG) and gellan gum (GEG). The results showed that the SPI/CS10 had the highest initial foam volume (26.67 mL), which were 3.89 %, 100.08 % and 70.19 % higher than that of single SPI, SPI/GUG and SPI/GEG complexes, respectively. Moreover, three charged polysaccharides could all significantly improve the foam stability of complexes. Among them, foams stabilized by SPI/GEG10 were the most stable that the foam volume slightly changed (approximately 1 mL) and no drainage occurred throughout the whole recording process. The interfacial behavior analysis showed that SPI/CS10 had higher diffusion (Kdiff) and rearrangement rate (KR) but lower penetration rate (KP) at the A/W interface compared with single SPI, while SPI/GUG10 and all SPI/GEG complexes showed higher KR and KP but lower Kdiff. In addition, SPI/CS10 was beneficial to concurrently enhance the elastic strength and solid-like behavior of foam system, while all SPI/GEG complexes could improve the elastic strength of foam system but was not conducive to the solid-like behavior.

Sleep is a highly intricate biological phenomenon, and its disorders play a pivotal role in numerous diseases. However, the specific regulatory mechanisms remain elusive. In recent years, the role of mitochondria in sleep disorders has gained considerable attention. Sleep deprivation not only impairs mitochondrial morphology but also decreases the number of mitochondria and triggers mitochondrial dysfunction. Furthermore, mitochondrial dysfunction has been implicated in the onset and progression of various sleep disorder-related neurological diseases, especially neurodegenerative conditions. Therefore, a greater understanding of the impact of sleep disorders on mitochondrial dysfunction may reveal new therapeutic targets for neurodegenerative diseases. In this review, we comprehensively summarize the recent key findings on the mechanisms underlying mitochondrial dysfunction caused by sleep disorders and their role in initiating or exacerbating common neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, we provide fresh insights into the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorder-related diseases.

Liver injury and progressive liver failure are severe life-threatening complications in sepsis, further worsening the disease and leading to death. Macrophages and their mediated inflammatory cytokine storm are critical regulators in the occurrence and progression of liver injury in sepsis, for which effective treatments are still lacking. l-Ascorbic acid 6-palmitate (L-AP), a food additive, can inhibit neuroinflammation by modulating the phenotype of the microglia, but its pharmacological action in septic liver damage has not been fully explored. We aimed to investigate L-AP's antisepticemia action and the possible pharmacological mechanisms in attenuating septic liver damage by modulating macrophage function. We observed that L-AP treatment significantly increased survival in cecal ligation and puncture-induced WT mice and attenuated hepatic inflammatory injury, including the histopathology of the liver tissues, hepatocyte apoptosis, and the liver enzyme levels in plasma, which were comparable to NLRP3-deficiency in septic mice. L-AP supplementation significantly attenuated the excessive inflammatory response in hepatic tissues of septic mice in vivo and in cultured macrophages challenged by both LPS and ATP in vitro, by reducing the levels of NLRP3, pro-IL-1ß, and pro-IL-18 mRNA expression, as well as the levels of proteins for p-I-κB-α, p-NF-κB-p65, NLRP3, cleaved-caspase-1, IL-1ß, and IL-18. Additionally, it impaired the inflammasome ASC spot activation and reduced the inflammatory factor contents, including IL-1ß and IL-18 in plasma/cultured superannuants. It also prevented the infiltration/migration of macrophages and their M1-like inflammatory polarization while improving their M2-like polarization. Overall, our findings revealed that L-AP protected against sepsis by reducing macrophage activation and inflammatory cytokine production by suppressing their activation in NF-κB and NLRP3 inflammasome signal pathways in septic liver.

BACKGROUND: Abusive supervision by the nurse manager significantly influences nurses' withholding voice about patient safety. The role of impression management motivation and speak up-related climate is crucial in understanding their connection. This study aimed to explore the relationship between abusive supervision, impression management motivation, speak up-related climate, and withholding voice about patient safety. METHODS: This cross-sectional study employed a convenience sampling method to recruit 419 clinical nurses from Taizhou Hospital, Zhejiang Province, China, between 1 November 2022 and 31 January 2023. The study adhered to the STROBE checklist. Abusive supervision and impression management motivation were assessed using the Chinese versions of the Abusive Supervision Scale and the Impression Management Motivation Scale, respectively. Withholding voice about patient safety and speak up-related climate were identified using the Chinese version of the Speaking Up about Patient Safety Questionnaire. RESULTS: Nurse leaders' abusive supervision (ß=0.40, p<0.01) and nurses' impression management motivation (ß=0.10, p<0.01) significantly and positively influenced nurses' withholding voice about patient safety. We introduced impression management motivation as a mediating variable, and the effect of abusive supervision on nurses' withholding voice decreased (ß from 0.40 to 0.38, p< 0.01). Nurses' speak up-related climate played a moderating role between abusive supervision and impression management motivation (ß= 0.24, p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Abusive supervision by nursing leaders can result in nurses withholding voice about patient safety out of self-protective impression management motives. This phenomenon inhibits nurses' subjective initiative and undermines their proactive involvement in improving patient safety, and hinders the cultivation of a culture encouraging full participation in patient safety, which should warrant significant attention.

Pulmonary nodules are a common complication in solid organ transplant recipients, and may have various underlying causes, with Epstein-Barr virus-associated smooth muscle tumor (EBV-SMT) being one of them. Given the rarity of this entity, we describe the diagnosis and therapeutic interventions for post-transplant EBV-SMT in two individuals. Both cases involved female patients who were diagnosed with multiple pulmonary nodules 60 months and 116 months, respectively, after receiving living-related kidney transplantation. Pathological examination revealed a spindle cell tumor, with immunophenotype and EBV in situ hybridization supporting the diagnosis of EBV-SMT. After diagnosis, these two patients underwent intervention by decreasing their intake of immunosuppressants. As of the latest follow-up, the patients' lesion size remained stable, and their overall condition was favorable. We also reviewed literature about the morphological and molecular pathological features of EBV-SMT and highlighted the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary spindle cell lesions especially in the setting of immunosuppression.

Background: Skeletal muscle relaxants (SMRs) are widely used in treating musculoskeletal conditions. All SMRs, with the exception of baclofen and tizanidine, are on the list of 2023 American Geriatrics Society Beers Criteria® for potentially inappropriate medication use in older adults. In our geriatric practice, off-label use of tizanidine as preemptive analgesia drove us to find recent advances in its pharmacology and therapeutics. An update review of tizanidine was thus presented, aiming to bring the latest knowledge to clinicians and promote further research and practical exploration. Methods: Relevant literature up to December 2023 was identified through searches of PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase. Results: Tizanidine, a centrally acting alpha-2 adrenoceptor agonist with both antispastic and antispasmodic activity, shows efficacy in the common indications for all SMRs. From the perspective of drug safety, tizanidine has lower incidences of adverse events (injury, delirium, encephalopathy, falls, and opioid overdose) compared to baclofen, no association with risk of Alzheimer's disease as with orphenadrine, no risk of serotonin syndrome like metaxalone when comedicated with serotonergic drugs, no significant pharmacokinetic changes in CYP2C19 poor metabolizers unlike diazepam and carisoprodol, and no physically addictive or abuse properties like carisoprodol and diazepam. From the perspective of new and potential therapeutic uses, tizanidine has additional benefits (eg, gastroprotection that can improve patient tolerance to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents, anti-neuropathic pain, a key component of multimodal analgesia strategy to reduce early postoperative pain, and anti-tumor effects). New delivery systems of tizanidine are developing to improve the pharmacokinetics of oral products, including buccal patches, transdermal delivery systems, nasal spray, and in situ rectal gel. Conclusion: Tizanidine is an SMR with unique features and may be an optimal initial choice for older adults. There would be more scientific studies, wider therapeutic applications, and new drug formulations in the future.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) causes significant economic losses in the swine industry. Frequent mutations and recombinations account for PRRSV immune evasion and the emergence of novel strains. In this study, we isolated and characterized two novel PRRSV-2 strains from Southwest China exhibiting distinct recombination patterns. They were designated SCABTC-202305 and SCABTC-202309. Phylogenetic results indicated that SCABTC-202305 was classified as lineage 8, and SCABTC-202309 was classified as lineage 1.8. Amino acid mutation analysis identified unique amino acid substitutions and deletions in ORF5 and Nsp2 genes. The results of the recombination analysis revealed that SCABTC-202305 is a recombinant with JXA1 as the major parental strain and NADC30 as the minor parental strain. At the same time, SCABTC-202309 is identified as a recombinant with NADC30 as the major parental strain and JXA1 as the minor parental strain. In this study, we infected piglets with SCABTC-202305, SCABTC-202309, or mock inoculum (control) to study the pathogenicity of these isolates. Although both isolated strains were pathogenic, SCABTC-202305-infected piglets exhibited more severe clinical signs and higher mortality, viral load, and antibody response than SCABTC-202309-infected piglets. SCABTC-202305 also caused more extensive lung lesions based on histopathology. Our findings suggest that the divergent pathogenicity observed between the two novel PRRSV isolates may be attributed to variations in the genetic information encoded by specific genomic regions. Elucidating the genetic determinants governing PRRSV virulence and transmissibility will inform efforts to control this devastating swine pathogen.IMPORTANCEPorcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is one of the most critical pathogens impacting the global swine industry. Frequent mutations and recombinations have made the control of PRRSV increasingly difficult. Following the NADC30-like PRRSV pandemic, recombination events involving PRRSV strains have further increased. We isolated two novel field PRRSV recombinant strains, SCABTC-202305 and SCABTC-202309, exhibiting different recombination patterns and compared their pathogenicity in animal experiments. The isolates caused higher viral loads, persistent fever, marked weight loss, moderate respiratory clinical signs, and severe histopathologic lung lesions in piglets. Elucidating correlations between recombinant regions and pathogenicity in these isolates can inform epidemiologic tracking of emerging strains and investigations into viral adaptive mechanisms underlying PRRSV immunity evasion. Our findings underscore the importance of continued genomic surveillance to curb this economically damaging pathogen.

Pseudorabies virus can cause inflammation in the central nervous system and neurological symptoms. To further investigate the protective mechanism of PRV XJ delgE/gI/TK in the central nervous system, an intracranial PRV-infection mice model was developed. The results demonstrated that immunization with PRV XJ delgE/gI/TK successfully prevented death caused by PRV-intracranial infection. Subsequently, the brains were collected for transcriptome and metabolome analysis. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that the differentially expressed genes were primarily enriched in pathways such as TNF, NOD-like receptor, JAK-STAT, MAPK, IL-17 and apoptosis signaling. Metabolomics analysis revealed that the differential metabolites were mainly associated with pathways such as fatty acid degradation, arachidonic acid metabolism, linoleic acid metabolism and unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis. The combined analysis of metabolites and differentially expressed genes revealed a strong correlation between the differential metabolites and TNF, PI3K, and MAPK signaling pathways. Anti-inflammatory metabolites have been shown to inhibit the inflammatory response and prevent mouse death caused by PRV infection. Notably, when glutathione was injected intracranially and dihydroartemisinin was injected intraperitoneally, complete protection against PRV-induced death in mice was observed. Moreover, PRV activates the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. In conclusion, our study demonstrates that PRV XJ delgE/gI/TK can protects intracranially infected mice from death by regulating various metabolites with anti-inflammatory functions post-immunization.

BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: Nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA)/ gel porous scaffolds loaded with WSM carriers are promising bone replacement materials that can improve osseointegration ability. This investigation aimed to evaluate the osteoinductive activity by implanting the composition of nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA)/ Gel porous scaffolds as a carrier of WSM via an animal model. MATERIALS AND METHODS: WSM was extracted and nHA was added to the matrix to construct porous composite scaffolds. The dose-effect curve of WSM concentration and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity was made by culturing rat osteoblasts and examining the absorbance. Three different materials were implanted into critical size defects (CSD) in the skulls of rats, which were further divided into four groups: WSM nHA /Gel group, n-WSM nHA /Gel group, HA powder group, and control group. RESULTS: WSM (150 µg/mL-250µg/mL) effectively improved the activity of ALP in rat osteoblasts. All rats in each group had normal healing. WSM-loaded nHA /Gel group showed better performance on newly-formed bone tissue of rat skull and back at 4th week and 8th week, respectively. At the 4th week, the network of woven bone formed in the WSM-loaded nHA/Gel scaffold material. At 8th week, the reticular trabecular bone in the WSM-loaded scaffold material became dense lamellar bone, and the defect was mature lamellar bone. In the subcutaneous implantation experiment, WSM-loaded nHA/Gel scaffold material showed a better performance of heterotopic ossification than the pure nHA/Gel scaffold material. CONCLUSION: WSM promotes osteoblast differentiation and bone mineralization. The results confirm that the nHA/ Gel Porous Scaffold with Nacre Water-Soluble Matrix has a significant bone promoting effect and can be used as a choice for tissue engineering to repair bone defects.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of hyphal formation in Yarrowia lipolytica and biochar addition on erythritol production by submerged fermentation. Hyphal formation significantly inhibited erythritol production by Y. lipolytica. Transcriptome analysis suggested that the impaired erythritol synthesis of hyphal cells was associated with the differential expression of genes involved in amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, and cell wall stability. Deletion of RAS2 responsible for yeast-to-hypha transition and EYD1 included in erythritol degradation blocked hyphal formation and improved erythritol production. Biochar prepared from corncob, sugarcane bagasse (SB), corn straw, peanut shell, coconut shell, and walnut shell (WS) had a positive effect on erythritol production, of which WS pyrolyzed at 500°C (WSc) performed the best in flask fermentation. In a 3.7 L bioreactor, 220.20 ± 10 g/L erythritol with a productivity of 2.30 ± 0.10 g/L/h was obtained in the presence of 1.4% (w/v) WSc and 0.7% SBc (SB pyrolyzed at 500°C) within 96 h. These results suggest that inhibition of hyphal formation together with biochar addition is an efficient way to promote erythritol production.

The taxonomic status of some species of Halobellus, Haloferax, Halogranum, and Haloplanus within the family Haloferacaceae was elucidated by phylogenetic, phylogenomic, and comparative genomic analyses. The relative species of each genus should constitute a single species based on the overall genome-related indexes proposed for species demarcation. The cutoff values of AAI (72.1%), ANI (82.2%), and rpoB' gene similarity (90.7%) were proposed to differentiate genera within the family Haloferacaceae. According to these standards, a novel genus related to the genus Halobaculum was proposed to accommodate Halobaculum halophilum Gai3-2 T and Halobaculum salinum NJ-3-1 T. Five halophilic archaeal strains, DT31T, DT55T, DT92T, SYNS20T, and YSMS11T, isolated from a tidal flat and a marine solar saltern in China, were subjected to polyphasic classification. The phenotypic, phylogenetic, phylogenomic, and comparative genomic analyses revealed that strains DT31T (= CGMCC 1.18923 T = JCM 35417 T), DT55T (= CGMCC 1.19048 T = JCM 36147 T), DT92T (= CGMCC 1.19057 T = JCM 36148 T), SYNS20T (= CGMCC 1.62628 T = JCM 36154 T), and YSMS11T (= CGMCC 1.18927 T = JCM 34912 T) represent five novel species of the genus Halobaculum, for which the names, Halobaculum lipolyticum sp. nov., Halobaculum marinum sp. nov., Halobaculum litoreum sp. nov., Halobaculum halobium sp. nov., and Halobaculum limi sp. nov., are proposed.

To explore the antiinflammatory mechanism of agarwood on recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS). RAS is the most common mucosal disease in the oral cavity. The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine found that agarwood has significant curative effect on peptic ulcer, but the effect and mechanism of agarwood on RAS remain unclear. This study is intended to predict the potential antiinflammatory mechanisms by which agarwood acts on RAS through network pharmacology and molecular docking. TCMSP database was used to screen the active components of agarwood. RAS targets were screened in Genecards, DisGeNET, and OMIM database. Venny, an online tool, screens for interacting genes between the two. Cytoscape software was used to construct the gene regulation map of active compounds target of agarwood. String Database building protein-protein interaction network. Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways were enriched in DAVID database. The key active ingredients and core targets were further verified by molecular docking. There were 9 effective compounds and 186 target genes in agarwood; RAS has 793 target genes. There were 41 interacting genes between agarwood and RAS. Interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor, interleukin 1 beta, and cellular component motif ligand 2 may be key targets. Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analyses predicted multiple pathways associated with RAS. Molecular docking results showed that the active compounds of agarwood combined well and stably with the target. The Chinese herbal medicine agarwood can relieve the inflammation of RAS through multiple targets and various ways. Its active compounds may be nominated as candidates for antiinflammatory drugs of RAS.
